Shipping

Unless otherwise indicated, orders are shipped UPS, DHL or USPS ground. Express shipping is available when you indicate that preference on your order.

In stock pieces are shipped within 12 hours or order placement. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for items to be engraved or monogrammed. Orders for larger quantities should be placed 6-8 weeks prior to event.

Enclosure card will be included when message is indicated on your order.

Return policy

Our products are of the highest quality craftsmanship and are made from highest quality materials. Our customers rarely have a need to return any items. If you should wish to return an item, you must receive approval for return from our customer service department before returning the item. The return goods must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form as well as the original receipt copy, and be processed within 30 days of purchase. Defective pieces may be returned for replacement under the procedure for returns. There are no returns on personalized and logo items. Returns may be subject to a 35% restocking charge.
